How we work:
You have a need. Either you have ideas and don’t have the time to execute, or are looking to execute and don’t know how. Let us help with both by improving your current processing, increasing throughput, reducing scrap, and boosting profit margins.
Invite us into your operation. We sit down and conduct a broad assessment of your needs. After which, we can establish basic project guidelines to increase efficiency or develop new products. In the same meeting, we then move into an in-depth analysis of your real-world problems —This may include a tour of the facility, a study of your manufacturing process, and/or interviews with your own in-house experts. Of course, any knowledge we gain during this time as well as your intellectual property is always kept safe and confidential. Your security is held in the highest regard.
After just a few hours of your time, we gather enough information to develop an improvement proposal. We take the information back to our offices, analyze the data, evaluate solutions, and determine a detailed path forward. We then sit down for a second time and present our comprehensive proposal to management. Agreeing to terms, we begin our relationship making better products!
